A: The Learning Center can be accessed via http://learncenter.tufts.edu.
Please note: if you are trying to access the site through a link that begins with https://tufts.myasborb.com, make sure you already have an account! If you do not, the link will not work. You must first go to http://learncenter.tufts.edu to create your account. This only is required for your first access to the LearnCenter.
A: Users MUST have a Tufts username and active Tufts email address. When these are first created, it may take up to 24 hours for the data to get passed to the LearnCenter.
A: First, make sure you are trying to log into the correct URL, which is https://learncenter.tufts.edu , and NOT tufts.myabsorb.com. If you still see the error, this may be caused because you worked or studied at Tufts before and your account was deactivated when you left. If this is the case, send a message to it@tufts.edu and let them know you are trying to access the LearnCenter AND that you worked or studied at Tufts in the past and now have been rehired/enrolled. Your existing account will be reactivated and then you can proceed.
A: All Tufts employees receive a training newsletter every other Wednesday. The links will not work if you do not have an active account. Go to http://learncenter.tufts.edu to create your account, then the links from the newsletter will work. This only needs to be done the first time you try to access the LearnCenter.
A: All learning modules in the LearnCenter have been tested on both Mac and PC using Firefox and Chrome. If a user is having an issue, please test using one of these configurations (NOT Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Safari, or mobile devices).
A: Log in to http://learncenter.tufts.edu. Scroll down until you see a tile called Transcript. Click on that and you will see your certificates and a download link.
